He got closer to the boy, lifting his chin all the higher. "And you agree before I set your task before you?"

"I guess...what is it you wish for me to do?" He asks.

Tybolt let the boy's chin drop. "I want you to watch the other lords paramount. I want you to serve them wine, like you did for Lord Hightower and myself, and then I want you to tell me what has been said. Can you do that for me?"

He coughs looks around getting a slightly awkward feeling. "Alright...I suppose I could do that.."

"You could, or you will?" Tybolt asked, looking at him sharply. He wondered what the boy would say if he shucked off his livery and bent him over the table. He wondered if he would cry, or if he would grow hard in Tybolt's hand...

"Here's something to tide you over, and to let you know I mean to keep my promises." He took the boy's hand and placed a single silver stag in it, folding his fingers around it. "I will expect you to report back, on even the smallest things, not necessarily things you might think are important." He let go of his hand and smiled. "Now, off with you."

The boy nods and runs off. "Thank you my Lord."

Lord Tybolt poured himself another healthy helping of the wine. At least the boy had left the carafe behind. He sank onto a cushioned couch, drinking in long, heavy gulps. He wished he had done it...but there was time enough for that in the future.

"Here we are, home away from home." Tybolt pushed open the door, allowing Lord Arryn to enter ahead of him. He looked at the guard with distaste. "I have guards within. Do you mind leaving him outside?"

Damon shrugged and motioned for his guard to remain at the door. He entered the room and looked around and then looked to Tybolt, and drew a small map from his belt, "Is there somewhere we can sit?"

"Just through here." He beckoned Arryn to follow him into the makeshift office, where there was a table and chairs and an abundance of alcohol on the sideboard. "Please, sit." He retrieved a bottle of strongwine and poured for himself. "Will you take some?"

Nodded, and then unfurled the map on the table. On it, several areas were drawn, the borders of the Westerlands, Riverlands, and the Vale had been penciled in. He looked up at Tybolt, "Where to begin?"

He poured for Arryn as well, then took a seat across from him. "Begin where you will." His eyes scanned the map as he took a large swallow of the wine in his glass.

Nodded and ran a finger across the Vale and Westerlands borders, and then pointed to the Riverlands, "I think you know that I seek to discuss the terms of an alliance with you, but this is a very specific type of alliance." He drank from the wine and then looked to the man at the desk, "If our two regions plus the Riverlands were to form a three way alliance, we would be able to control the center of the continent. Their are obvious benefits, we would be able to control trade, but the biggest one is the military side. Should anybody attack any member of the alliance, all other members would rally behind the defender." With a finger he points to the North, the Stormlands, the Reach, and Dorne. "If we can get the remainder of the seven kingdoms allied, we would be able to keep the peace in the Kingdom as a whole, and instead of a focus on war, our focuses could go to the rebuilding of the realm, foreign relations, and eventually draw the Iron Islands into the alliance."
