With the news of the false King Tyrell's death, Lord Regent Trajan Blackfyre issues a royal decree that Highgarden is to be razed with dragonfire. House Tyrell is to be stripped of all ranks and lands effective immediately. Lords Lannister, Arryn, Hightower, Martell, Stark, Tully, Greyjoy, and Baratheon are ordered to present themselves before the Iron Throne as representatives of their respective regions to renew their oaths. They are also required to bring one son or daughter to be fostered a Kings Landing. This will be the only offer of amnesty. Those that do not meet these demands will be considered traitors to the realm and dealt with in the same manner as Tyrell.
