He sat at the table enjoying some honeycakes that Mela had just sat out when his mother entered the room.
"Simon, this letter was just delivered. It's from King's Landing." She said handing Simon the letter.
He looked the letter over. "It seems Lord Tully is to stay in King's Landing by decree of the Lord Regent." He looked up to his mother's concerned face, "Lord Tully sends for me and I am to go to him in King's Landing."

He gave his mother and sister a kiss before mounting his courser and setting off down the River Road.
