Character Personal History:
Tybolt Lannister was his father's long awaited son, born after his three older sisters and before his two younger sisters and the sickly boy at the very end. He was spoiled, as such beloved children often are, and any faults explained away as "boys will be boys" or "he's just at that age." He was denied nothing. If he wanted something, he would find a way to obtain it, be it through charm or his peculiar methods of persuasion. If trouble befell him, it was no problem to talk his way out of it.

He wrote his lessons well, learned to manage his family's estate, and became an accomplished swordsman. He did everything that was expected of him, always the apple of his father's eye. Of course, no one ever implicated Tybolt in his father's mysterious assassination, which propelled the teenaged boy into the seat of one of the most powerful houses of Westeros and put the family's Valyrian steel sword Brightroar into his hands.

Not long after he ascended to the Lordship, Tybolt was wed to his cousin, the very beautiful Melysa Lannister of Lannisport. After a few years of conjugal bliss and the birth of their daughter, Amelie, Melysa met a sad end in an unfortunate riding accident. He has since had two more wives, with equally tragic ends. He is now ready for a fourth wife, as he needs an heir.

Character Physical Description:
Tall and handsome and with golden curls, Tybolt is every lord's daughter's dream. A hair over six feet in height, he has brilliant green eyes and a cocksure attitude that many find appealing.

Character Reputation:
Tybolt is considered to be a just and fair lord, if a bit arrogant.
There is a rumor that he killed his father for the lordship, but it is hardly heard, so beloved by the smallfolk and bannermen is Lord Tybolt Lannister.

Background:
Lorraine is the youngest of five children, born the fateful year her mother was murdered by Ironborn reavers. She was raised largely by her father's second wife, a woman of House Blackwood. The Blackwoods follow the Old Gods, and Lorraine was familiar with both them and the Seven as she grew up.

At nineteen, she married the younger brother of Lord Tybolt Lannister, cementing their alliance during the wars. At one-and-twenty, she was a widow. Her husband, Ser Roland, had been slaughtered in a battle against the Dornish. Despite knowing him only a few short years, Lorraine was devastated. She lived on at Casterly Rock for awhile, then left to stay with her elder sister Cathryn at Pinkmaiden Castle. She spent her time as she always had, riding and hunting, spending time with her sister and her sister's children.

For a little over a year, she has been courted by Lord Wilhelm Stark. They knew eachother, but not well, earlier in their lives, as Wilhelm and Lorraine are distant cousins. They met eachother again at a wedding, and now soon they will have their own. Lorraine was teased by her sister for falling in love with a man so much older than herself, but she isn't concerned about such things, especially when he is so devoted to her.

Appearance:
The lady Lorraine has the typical Tully features; thick, wavy auburn hair and large blue eyes. She has pale skin with light freckles across her nose and cheeks. Her figure is slender, with small breasts and full hips.

Reputation:
Her hobbies are riding and hunting from horseback, at which she is quite accomplished, surpassing some of the men even at flushing small game.
It is known that she once shot Wilhelm in the back while hunting. She will never ever live this down.
