One real life day is equal to Ten in game days.
As a lord you are allowed to raise 3,000 troops per 1 real life day. As Lord Paramount you are allowed to raise 6,000 troops per 1 real life day.
Lord Paramounts are allowed to raise all banners and call troops from other lords while normal lords are allowed to only raise their own number of troops.
If you are Heir and your father has allowed you command of their troops you are allowed to raise troops in their name but the father is allowed to change command should they feel necessary.
