The Great Hall of Winterfell is vast, with a timbered roof and a giant hearth.

Lorraine sat at the high table in the hall, reading a book and waiting to welcome the first of the wedding guests.

When Firmin arrived, the hall was still empty. Lord Podrick needed to attend to the dragons binding so The Maester sent him in his place. "Lady Lorraine!" Firmin said, complimenting the bride, he'd seen her once, when she was younger in her fathers court. "I bet you don't remember me... I'm Firmin Redfort, Lord Baelish's first man... He had some business to attend in the south so he sent me as his representative, he begs his pardon..." Firmin smiled taking a bow.

Lorraine got up hurriedly, her book falling out of her hands and onto the table with a thud. "Oh, I didn't think anyone would come so soon. You're the first here, you see, Lord, ah, Redfort." She smiled at him. "I did not think we would get anyone all the way from the Vale, but you are very welcome."

"Never mind those courtesies, darling, I'm no Lord" He said giving her his fatherly look. "As I was saying... Lord Podrick got a little worried when he discovered that he be able to come, so in the same moment he contacted me... 'Baelishes, Tullys and Starks have always been good friends' he told me" He rubbed the mustache's greeting ends. "With his apologies, he sends this..." He clapped his hands, he loved doing that, the servants came carrying a human size statue depicting a wolf and a trout, the harmony of the statue was impressive even Firmin had got surprised when he had seen it for the first time. "It's carved on jade, from the lands of YiTi..."He smiled as the servants carefully positioned the present on the ground.

Lorraine was a bit surprised by all of this. "I suppose, long ago, a Baelish was a ward at Riverrun. But I'm unfamiliar with the current Lord." She inspected the gift. It was very beautiful, and very out of place in the rough-hewn surroundings of Winterfell. "Please give my thanks to Lord Baelish for such an impressive work of art." She wondered where Wilhelm would put it.

The House Stark personal guards look to the Redfort as he flatters their Lady. Probably judging him.

"Aye... My lord is really fond of history, even more when it concerns his great grandfather... Anyway, you'll probably be meeting him soon, he plans to visit Winterfell with his sister to give his congratulations himself after the Targaryen marriage." He said preparing to leave. "I must beg your leave now, my lady, would you have any suggestion of an inn where me and my companions could stay?" Podrick was proud so even his emissary company was relatively large, twenty men at least had joine Firmin in the journey north.

"How many are you, all told?" Lorraine asked, respectfully. "I am afraid we are rather tight on space at the moment, but I am sure you and perhaps five or so others could stay here in the keep. Any more and, well..." She looked sincerely apologetic. "I'm sorry but they would have to stay at the inn in Wintertown."

"Don't worry, my lady, I'll stay in the inn with my companions... Leave the space for some more important guests... I'm sure there will be lots o them..." He smiled and prepared to leaving but before doing it he turned and asked Lady Lorraine. "My lady, may I make a request? Could I have the permission to access the hot pools, I've been here before but never had the opportunity of trying them..."

After a couple of days of riding Wyman arrived at Winterfell. "Looks like the dragons and the Ironborn got here first." He said getting off his horse. "I suppose they will be in the great hall. Here take my horse Rodrick and find the stables." Wyman walked into the hall to find Wilhelm's wife-to-be and a stranger talking.

"Of course you may! I'm sure nobody would mind." She smiled at him pleasantly. "I'm sorry we haven't enough room for all of your entourage, but the Inn is comfortable enough. I stayed there once. Have a pleasant day, Ser."
As Redfort departed, she noticed Lord Manderly had shown up. "Afternoon, my lord. Thank you for coming to Winterfell." She made no mention of obligation, but treated him as an esteemed guest whom she was pleased to see...exactly as he was.

"I wouldn't miss the wedding if the Others themselves attacked." He said with a small bow. "I know you and Wilhelm will be happy together."

Wilhelm enters the great hall walking over to a guard who nods and returns to his post. He looks to see Lord Manderly and Lorraine conversing, then he sees the Kracken Banners.

Lorraine looked up to see both the Kraken and Lord Stark entering, on the heels of eachother. She smiled brilliantly to her love. "I thank you very much, Lord Manderly," she said before speaking to the Greyjoy lord. "Welcome, my lord of the Iron Islands," she said, regarding him carefully. Her mother had been a Blacktyde, exiled from her homeland, then murdered by the Ironborn the very year of Lorraine's birth. She had never met anyone from the Islands before.
